Ordering & Products:

How do I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

How do I find the right fit? You can use the size guide on each product page to help you out. They're regular fit and boxy!

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we ship worldwide!

Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you'll automatically receive a tracking number via email. You can also use the Track My Order feature for more information.

Can I change the address on my order? Up until your order is shipped you can use order editor feature to change your address. You can locate your order confirmation email and click "View My Order", or scroll down to your address where you'll see an "Update Address" button. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately it is too late but you can contact support for help if your order is returned.

Can I cancel my order? Up until your order is shipped you'll be able to cancel your order by clicking "View My Order" from your confirmation email, and following the steps to cancel. If your order has already shipped, you'll have to return it if you'd like a refund.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30 day return policy. Items must be unused/unworn and in their original packaging.

Shipping & Delivery:

What are the shipping fees? US orders over $200 enjoy free shipping, while other US orders have a flat fee of $7.95. International fees vary and are shown at checkout. For Canadian customers, shipping costs include shipping and applicable import taxes (GST/HST, and PST/QST where required) so you won’t get stuck with a surprise bill at delivery. Orders over CAD $150 are subject to more customs duties, as per Canadian law.

How long does my order take to ship? For preorder products, please review the product page for the specific shipping timeline. For item with stock on hand, orders may ship the same day, or the next business day. Shipping times vary (see below).

How long does shipping take? Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 8-14 business days for international orders, from the date the order is actually shipped.
